Marissa Bazzi

Marissa Bazzi joined O’Neil Financial in 2015 and never looked back. Although new to the finance industry, she was drawn to the strong family atmosphere here, then learned by fire to quickly become a very valuable asset to the team. She is the first person you meet when you arrive through our door, or typically the first person you speak with when you make a call, and she will always greet you with a “Hello, how are you?” and a smile.

When any paperwork needs processed, and there is A LOT, Marissa is up for the task with both high accuracy and a strong sense of urgency because in this business, time IS money.

But Marissa is more than just a strong admin, she is also very knowledgeable about our many products and services and is happy to answer any of your questions regarding such where possible. She also understands when questions are better answered by a more experienced advisor.

Marissa continues to educate herself as well, earning an insurance agent license in 2022 to better serve you.

On the personal side Marissa is married with two young boys, ages 10 and 4, and family is extremely important to her. Motherhood definitely comes first as she understands time is valuable, especially pertaining to time with her kids. Marissa is also extremely passionate about the health and happiness of all kids and believes sports can play a huge role.

For instance, this year Marissa started a spring youth basketball league for over 30 kids right here in Allen Park. Her oldest son loves basketball and wanted to continue to play after the winter league, but upon searching there was nothing available for our youth in the Downriver community. Therefore despite zero knowledge of how the game is played, Marissa was able to quickly recruit others to coach, then led the charge to make this vision a reality.

Marissa cares about others and her track record reflects that. Before joining O’Neil Financial, Marissa always worked in some type of client driven role, whether as a medical assistant at a doctor’s office or processing mortgages and student loans at a credit union.
